vigil to support immigrant justice, Seattle

August 8 @ 3:30 am - 6:00 pm
ICE Headquarters, 1000 2nd Ave in downtown Seattle + Google Map

Thurs  Aug 8,  3:30 pm at ICE Headquarters: 1000 2nd Ave in downtown Seattle;  a coalition of JEWISH-led organizations working to support IMMIGRANT JUSTICE invites all to join us:  Seattle Says  NEVER AGAIN IS NOW #NeverAgainIsNow! -As we see more and more horrifying treatment of immigrants and people seeking asylum, Jewish people from different religious affiliations, backgrounds, and organizations have been coming together nationwide in unprecedented ways with immigrant communities and allies, to rally, march, and take nonviolent action together -- because what the US government is doing at the border and in immigrant communities is nothing short of an atrocity.  Next Thursday afternoon, we will take action, to demand dignity, safety, and freedom at our borders and in our communities.  We invite any Jew, immigrant, or ally who is outraged about the horrific treatment of immigrants in and around this country to join us.  Info https://www.facebook.com/events/754814674921317/
