DESCRIPTION:Procession of the Species and Luminary Light Parade \nSat April 20\, 4 – 10 pm\,  Main street in Anacortes\, Commercial Ave\, Anacortes\, WA 98221 \nIn celebration of Earth Day join us for a Procession of the Species\, Luminary Light Parade\, and a street fair in Downtown Anacortes. The main street will be shut down! Join in with a costume or luminary or simply come and visit! Commercial Avenue will be closed from 4-10 pm. There will be educational and interactive booths happening between the Procession at 5 pm and the Luminary parade at 8 pm. Join us! This event is designed to build community connection through art\, music and dance! Honor our connection and the web of life! This event is a partnership among Transition Fidalgo and Friends\, the Guemes Luminary Light Parade\, and the Downtown Anacortes Alliance.
