A Ground Zero Center for Nonviolent Action event honoring Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.

We will gather after the Stewardship Council meeting and lunch.  We will hold banners with Dr. King’s words including, “We still have a choice today: Nonviolent coexistence or violent coannihilation”, and “When scientific power outruns spiritual power, we end up with guided missiles and misguided men.”

This is sadly even more true today, with current global tensions, an American president who suggests resuming nuclear weapons testing, trillions of dollars in new weapons systems, and an out-of-control AI which could create unknown horrible results.
