TRAUMA EDUCATION WITH SOUTH SUDANESE REFUGEES IN EAST AFRICA, Zoom

The Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia Fellowship of Reconciliation chapters are pleased to co-sponsor a program meeting with Kathy Railsback speaking on Trauma Education with South Sudanese Refugees in East Africa.

Kathy will speak on co-facilitating trauma education workshops at refugee camps in East Africa in 2023.  Kathy, who has traveled to East Africa roughly a dozen times over the past 10 years, won a service award to work with trainers in Kenya and Uganda to offer trauma education workshops for hundreds of South Sudanese refugees in those countries.  The teams also trained dozens of new facilitators.  Presentation followed by Q&A.
