NORTHWEST AGAINST NUCLEAR WEAPONS MONTHLY MEETING, Zoom

Northwest Against Nuclear Weapons (NWANW) is a statewide coalition that aims to reduce and eliminate all components of the 2 trillion dollar rebuild of the US nuclear weapons arsenal. Our ultimate goal is to prevent nuclear war and abolish nuclear weapons worldwide.

Special speaker this meeting:  Glen Milner from the Ground Zero Center for Nonviolent Action will talk about the proposed new nuclear-powered and nuclear-armed Columbia-Class submarines planned for the Pacific Northwest and elsewhere. This will be the largest submarine that the Navy has ever built at a cost of over $126 billion.

Western Washington Fellowship of Reconciliation and several of our chapters are members of NWANW.
